Ok...got them made, now need to figure out if I wasted the company's money or not.

Can I get votes on who would be interested in purchasing these? I got black with white writing, white with black writing, and Black Tank Tops with white writing.

And just to turn your stomach....I am not wearing pants in this picture.
ozzman
Personal preference is black...but the white doesn't look bad at all...even on you

Does it make my nipples look puffy?

lol must be the gyno

I'd buy one. I actually prefer black on white, or black on gunmetal would be good too. How do the sleeves fit?

Sleeves actually fit nice and tight...but not tight enough to find a vein and mainline.

I am a black tank top man, myself. Next order will include the dark grey shirts, for sure.
GeorgeHavener
What sizes are offered?
I want the same kind your wearing with black writing on white background... But I'll need to know what sizes, pretty much the smaller the better because I train in tight clothing.

Right now we have Medium, Large and XL. Trying to rush out some XXL and XXXL (with a couple of quads for the powerlifting show) but not sure they will be done in time.

Perfect. Nothing annoys me more than t-shirts with gigantic sleeves.

Maybe you just need bigger arms, Emo Phillips

id definetly sport a black tank top. my only problem with white shirts is they tend to fade and are see through...

how much will these be retailing for?
GeorgeHavener
So these are fitted?

Probably not much more than I paid for them, plus small profit for NP...maybe $13?

Unfortunately this is true. You know you're talking to an Oly lifter when they have big traps, big legs and itty bitty arms.
ozzman
or powerlifter...

does your shirt message fit in with the culture, sentiment and message of M and M?

"you don't need to workout, just have good nutritional habits"

So it should read "Quit Reading My Shirt and !^@#ing Intermittent Fast with supplemental Glucosamine to Support Optimum Leptin Production"?
GeorgeHavener
I'd buy one of those too.

So yay or nay on these being fitted? I wear a shirt and a sweater to the gym, and take the sweater off halfway through. I don't like to train in baggy or loose clothing, just me.

Can you print a bunch of Pubmed references in smaller print beneath that?

The samples I have are fitted....finals will be picked up tomorrow.

The tank top is NOT fitted, but has the string (racer) back and is not horribly puffed out.

They are actually ready to go, but the silkscreen place made a major messup. We are battling over the scope of the bill right now.
GeorgeHavener
I want that shirt. What was the silkscreen mistake?

The name of the font is "Touch the Wind". When the artwork was made up, there was a note to use that font...well, they wrote the note on top of the artwork and it was promptly printed on the shirt.

Right now, we are fighting with the silkscreen company for some kind of credit towards the order. We had them run a graphic of a strand of barbed wire over it, and it doesn't look too bad.

That's pretty much how the '33' got onto the Rolling Rock beer bottle...
Benson
LOL. Now that is pretty clever...
GeorgeHavener
HAHAHAHAHAH. NICE find Benson.

Who has the balls to put that on their car though?

EDIT: I'll tell you who... Someone on DBol smile.gif
methodice
Touch the wind!!!! Well it is close enough to supplemental glucosamine I'd say. These shirts can be the special limited edition, touch the wind tshirts. I think many will want them.

I'd rock a recomp tee.

Damn. And here I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone.
D Sade
Working on final negotiations for the shirts...they are also going to throw in RPN hoodies (small logo on the right man-boob) for winter.

I'm probably going to let these go cheap.

I like the fit a lot and I like white. You and I are about the same size. Is that the XL? These pre-shrunk 100% or a cotton blend?

They are a 50/50 Cotton/Poly blend.

Here is an XXL, with the cover-up barbed wire graphic.

If you guys are ok with it, I can go ahead and grab them and either send them to NP or offer them direct through the Recomp store (provided the CC processing works.)

How about $10, and everyone that orders gets a free Travel Size Java Lather (2 ounces)?
D Sade
Bump?

Been getting a LOT of comments in the gym about the shirts. They feel really good to work out in, surprisingly (I am not usually a cotton poly blend kind of person, but these are very well made.)

Waiting on feedback here before I make the final offer to the printers. Is the barbed wire graphic too ghey?
ozzman
Yes it is

Great...then we are going to be out around $2600.

Money well-wasted.

I have to start putting smilies next to my postings. It was bad attempt at a joke. I realize that the graphic covers up a big eff up by the printers.
