I was looking at this website after par put it on the question board
http://www.allthewhey.com/. It has whey protein concentrate 19.99 for 5lbs or 39.99 for 10 compared to isolate wich is 32.99 for 5lbs. I know isolate is suppose to be better but how much? will i really notice a differnce using concentrate over isolate. I can be pretty cheap so i like to save money any time i can specially since i dont have a lot of it so if its not that big of a deal i would defintly go with the concentrate. i will only be using this post workout. im currently using optimum whey wich i think mite be concentrate but im not sure ill check that in a min.

You will notice absolutely no difference whatsoever by switching protein powders.

Concentrate upsets my stomach more than isolate. If you can deal with that you'll be fine.

Around workouts, the isolate would probably be better as well, but a mixture of free aminos and dipeptides should make up most of the protein around workouts, IMO (Zepp and Customizer obviously have been of this opinion for a while).

Optimum is not a mixture of isolate/ion-exchange and concentrate. If you do the protein percent per serving, it's essentially concentrate with a sprinkling of isolate/ion-e, just so they can say "it's in here!".
It's a good product, but I only purchase it under the assumption that it's a quality concentrate, and so should you. The Chocolate Mint is dandy.
And as said, some tolerate the proteins differently. Using Dom's Allthewhey isolate has minimized the distress I normally would encounter. If you use a concentrate, then I'd definitely consider Ginger Root capsules. They're absolutely splendid, alleviating such issues of upset as would some normally experience.

I just goto PC and buy CFM Whey for post workout. The ion just isn't as good as CFM, but if your tight on $, get the WPC. I stay away from name brands now and buy protein from PC only!
