I'm going to run 11-oxo for three weeks at 600 mg.
Anyone have any thoughts on whether it would be a good idea to taper off the dosage, or does it matter?

tapering would be a good idea IMO as it is the 11hsd-1 inhibition is most likely dose dependent and you wouldn't want a huge rebound effect
