This powder has to be the worst that I've ever dealt with - it sticks to all things it touches, be it my desk, the measuring spoon, the weighing paper, my fingers, etc. Is there any easy way to get this powder into caps without making a mess?

This powder is different from what is in capsules commercial becauase it is pharma grade or something else?

I know some companies do sell pharma grade 5htp in caps already. Also tryptophan comes in pharma grade in capsules already.

Is it the dose or the form that you want to be in capsules?

There was one company that I can across that will make custom capsules for you, if a specific dose is what you are after.

But not sure why you need to put it in capsules.

I'd like to measure it out and make a mess as infrequently as possible. The powder is from bulknutrition.
