I have a bottle but I can't seem to find the best way to take it. Before/after workout, with/without food, pre/post workout, etc. Any help is appreciated.


EDIT: I realize that before/after and pre/post are the same thing. I am simply an idiot. ONe of them was supposed to be on/off training days.

Moved for your convenience and D is right, some basic knowhow before buying powerful chemicals is in order.

Very basically, steroidal chemicals are usually lipophyllic so taking with some fat will probably be a good idea. And while there are several schools of thought on timing, you probably can't go wrong with TID dosing with meals.

I'm not planning on taking it right now(kind of a stupid impulse thing). I have been doing some reading but wanted to be sure I do what is best for this specific product.

I have been doing research as well. It was the Oxyguno thread here that influenced me to buy(A:A ratio, possibly non-methylated, etc.) I have been searching tons of sites for more information and details on it that pertain to my questions, but haven't seemed to find it. The papers included with label it as
4-chloro-17a-etioallochol-4-ene-17b-ol-3,11-dione. If the is a more general topic that you could point me to I would be grateful. I was just trying for some specifics on Oxyguno itself.

I haven't seen much of anything concrete here or at AM -- I might just not be looking hard enough.

As far as methylation, take a look at this thread -- apparently, the name on the bottle might deceptively lead one to believe that it's unmethylated, but according to Benson,

(Silymarin is the main hepaprotective agent of milk thistle. Ironaddict suggests that it might block the AR and hinder gains, but either way I'm sure it's better to sacrifice some of your gains than risk your liver's health to any degree.)

From personal experience I highly recommend Nutraplanet as a source for some bulk Milk Thistle powder and some NAC, two staples of liver protection during methylated oral cycles. IME, their customer service is absolutely top notch, and D Sade is available right here at M&M as a rep.

Also don't forget that drinking is a bad idea from at least -1week to +2 weeks before and after your cycle, as your liver will be busy trying to metabolize the steroid. I'm not sure how this works, to be honest, but I know that Very Smart People strongly recommend against any drinking while on 17aa orals.

What is the recommended dosage? If 2/day, my best (uneducated) guess on timing would be to take one breakfast one lunch, and workout after lunch is pretty well digested. That should hopefully get you reasonable high blood values for your anabolic PWO state, without risking complications of "spiking" the blood by taking both at the same time right before your wo. If you're planning on 3/day... well I guess just take the last one with dinner?

Sorry, wish I knew more about this stuff. Hopefully more experienced posters will chime in. In the meantime, you'll probably have better success looking for general info on other, more popular methylated orals like dianabol (dbol), methyl-1-testosterone (M1T), superdrol, and meth-epitiostane (epistane/havoc). Oxyguno might just be too new to have a real solid foundation to go off.

I was planning on treating as a methyl. Every site I find it on has the methyl unlike the packaging. I am also
watching a log at anabolic minds so that might offer some more insight.
As for the repetition in my first post, it was meant to ask Training days only or everday but I'm retarded.
From what I have found the answer would be everyday. I'm currently looking into doing a PCT. Just trying
to figure out which one would be best suited for my needs. I will definately check out some silymarin.
