Full Version: How do you use Lipoderm-Y/Lipo Ultra when also using Anabolic Pump/P-S

Hi, I've got a little question about developing a strategy to use Lipoderm-Y and P-Slin/Anaboilic pump in an effective way. It appears that although both products work towards fat loss, Lipoderm-Y/Ultra requires lowering of carbohydrates to be effective, while Anabolic Pump/P-Slin requires an increase in carbohydrates.

Now, P-Slin is only required ONCE per day, either B4 breakfast or B4 a morning workout. If I took P-Slin with 60-100g complex carbs (oatmeal and a few strawberries and some semi-skimmed milk) + protein powder AFTER a hard workout (30 mins on empty stomach) involving circuit training with thai kickboxing on the wavemaster, and than took 15 g carbs for a few meals afterwards (to minimise insulin spikes) would this work with Lipoderm-Y/Ultra?

p.s the reason I mentioned P-Slin after the hard work out is that the muscle cell receptor should be more insulin sensitive after the workout, and due to the overnight fast.

Please give me your recommendations/opinions.

I'm a male at 8.5% bodyfat, weigh 65Kg and am 5ft 5in tall.

my goal is to get to 6% bf.

Thank you for your advice.

Renegade,

thanks for expressing a valid concern with respect to the apparent issue with stacking these products. Essentially, Lipoderm Ultra (LU) will work so long as you are in a caloric deficit, however-which-way this is achieved.

In light of your plans for the other supps, I'd suggest applying LU immediately after you wake followed by a pre-bed application. This should allow ample time between your CHO feedings and application to ensure maximum effectiveness of both products.

This is assuming that your morning workout is around 1-2 hours after you wake up. Let us know if this scheme doesn't fit your schedules and we cn try and fine tune it some more.

Thanks for your reply Stay Puff, I will have to wake up at 4.30am in order to use Lipderm-Ultra by 6.30am when I usually train. But I'll give it a go and see how it works. So far I've used it this morning with lo carbs untill 3.00pm when I used Anabolic Pump with 60g oatmeal and one cup semi-skimmed milk. I'll take another serving of this in the evening and then go lo carb again for the last meal, afterwhick I'll use Lipo Ultra B4 bed. Got to say though, Lipo Ultra mixed with Raspberry Ketones is really working in only a few days, but thats with about 6 pumps this morning. I got the idea from someone off this site I think.

I'll let you know how it works out.
