Hey dudes. As the title says - not too long ago carb-ups (I pretty much always cycle carbs) would make me hot and with a high-pulse, which I think is fairly normal. Also I would get a strong impulse to eat more carbs.

Currently, and I don't think its been happening for very long (a few weeks), I get quite the opposite. I'm here at the moment after eating about 350g carbs today, and I've gone very cold and slow, everything feels weak, and the thought of eating more carby things isn't very appealing. I just want fatty, salty meat. Which is pretty much what I usually eat - but (until recently) I still always benefitted from eating a good amount of carbs every so ofton.

any idea what this means physiologically/hormonally? How could it have changed?

Thanks, dudes

I don't know much about it, but you might try looking into postprandial hypotension.

I'd wonder whether your overall insulin sensitivity isn't changing. Have there been any other factors that have changed? sleep habits, stress, workout routine, etc?

nothing really.

I probably shouldn't have posted this before I experimented a bit further.
Although, my dietry habits (as a result of what a crave or want) have changed a lot of the past couple of years and especially the last year. I'll just see what happens.

Thanks dudes
