1) The site gives me an error saying that it doesn't accept Visa. WTF.

2) $10 for US shipping on a half pound order????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We accept VISA. We are switching servers so this maybe the issue. We are also in the process of adding USPS back, and lower shipping rates.

my sentiments exactly. To be honest I almost didn't go through with my order because of this. I did though, because your the only ones offering the product.
