That might be too much ecdy per cap. The major downfall of ecdy is it's very short half-life, so I don't know how much of that 500mg would actually get used. 250mg would be a better option (assuming that it is 250mg of the active).

Actually , you caught me. I was mistaken, its 300mg a cap. But its a rather large investment, so Im trying to feel it out.

300mg would be great. A good amount to dose is around 1g/day, so 3-4 caps/day will fit.
