Full Version: A good site for Oly lifting technique refinement?

All I've found so far,in the way of vids of decent quality that illustrate exercises in the proper manner,is crossfit.Kimbo recently alluded to much better sites being out there, along the lines of those who specialize in Oly lifting but I didn't follow up on his suggestion due to an injured wrist which has sidelined all upper body work for at least another week.

I'm also interested in explosive movements in general i.e.kippling pull ups, muscle ups, etc. and not strictly Oly lifts.I'm in favor of veering away from traditional body building shit as much as possible, while allowing for the integral meatheaded activities of curls and bench/floor pressing.

Any pointers would be appreciated smile.gif

Click on the picture of the exercise you want to view on the right and it'll play on the site's media player.
