We're going to be moving the JavaLique' brand into some large retail establishments soon. After doing some test marketing, the packaging for the Java Lather std and jumbo is just not shelf friendly.

We did a LOT of different experiments, and settled on the following...your feedback is MUCH appreciated. The brown circle is a cutout that will allow prospective customers to see and smell the bar before they buy it. Forgive the slighty raggedy cut....the full print labels are not done yet and I trimmed these with a razor knife.

Also, while we will probably retain the std sized bars for the online retailers, for ease of production and overall value, we will probably stick with the Jumbo sized bars for the most part.

Snazzy. I think this will really get the attention of the consumer. The packaging suggests "natural, eco-friendly" and will juxtapose nicely with all the holographic fancy-pants packaged products out there.

Exactly the line we were trying to walk. Since we are, and will remain, a handmade product (even when production breaks 10,000) made in the US...we wanted to both grab attention and differentiate the earthiness of the scents and, as you said, contrast the packaging with the overdone products.

Yeh you hit the nail on the head.

Wow Darren, really kickin it up a notch with this and the thermoglide lipo stick.

you said you hope to get this into large retailers, where were you looking to end up as far as markets? I believe you were calling it JavaLique? So does this mean you plan on getting the bar, mayabe liquid soap, thermo, and Slick Pleasures all out in retail stores?

Good luck with this, products look solid, and will definately be part of my next NP order.

Actually, I am Matt. smile.gif

We are putting the Java scented products under the umbrella brand "JavaLique'." We have interest from Target and Caesar's Palace, but the old packaging didn't stand up to retail shelves at all.

The Liquid, the Flawless, the Thermo-Glide, and the Java Lather...along with the Zenquiity BubbleBath/Sea Salt Soak will form the core of the line.

Slick Pleasures is splitting off into its own entity, and will focus on bringing supplement science and classy marketing/packaging to the adult markets. Eventually, since Wal-mart and other VERY large chains are becoming more comfortable selling adult products, we will look to break that market.

Again, RPN is about Lifestyle Enhancement...from looking good and feeling good, to living a long and healthy time...we're working with the best and most innovative (and principled) minds there are.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes...it will all become clear soon. smile.gif

I've been surprised that no major supplement company has come out with a topical acne/blemish treatment, seeing how so much of their market is concerned with looking good. I could see a product like this fitting VERY nicely under the JavaLique umbrella.

This is in the works. We had a formula that seemed to work very well, but ended up causing some irritation. It is being revamped.

Looks good! I like.

I got me a new bottle of Liquid Java Lather Soap about a month ago and there's a significant difference in the consistency of the liquid. The one being way thinner...borderline watery. What changed?

Odd...you are the second person to make this comment.

Nothing changed as far as production except a change in the heating order, to make the ingredients dissolve easier. The ones I saved here seem fine, though.

WE're getting the packaging printed now, at which time samples will be submitted (the beta-final was not good enough for them...bassturds.)

Should know something pretty soon afterwards.

That's actually not a bad idea at all...

Are you able to state who is going to be carrying this?
