Full Version: Night sweats

I put this in the diet thread because I think it may be related to something I eat before bed, but I'm not sure. Maybe it doesn't belong.

So about 3 times a week I'll wake up with incredibly drenching night sweats, soaked through the sheets, body temp is through the roof, etc. etc. Usually when I go to sleep, I can feel my legs start to heat up like f*ing crazy. My gf has even commented on this several times..."feels like sleeping with Satan" etc.. etc.

I can't figure out what the hell it is. It used to make sense when I was taking camphibolic and it started to kick in around day 15-20, raised GH would ramp up fat burning at night. It also made sense when I combined sesathin with fish oil before bed, or really any combo of those two with a semi-fatty meal before bed.

I've since stopped all of the above (Camphibolic has been out for months) and I stopped the fish and sesa weeks ago. Still getting these damn sweats and I want to know why. It's gross, it's uncomfortable, and it's freaking annoying.

Thoughts?

What is special/unique about those 3 days a week? I am guessing training done on those days?

Yeah, I think it usually happens on days I train. I recently started the LFLYOC program again, and I think it is happening more frequently now. My God, maybe that's it! Well, I'm not stopping, so I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Do you w/o in the evenings? If so, I'd say that is definitely the culprit.
