So I'm sick, and yes I'm using clen. I woke up the first day of my PCT with a head cold. I normally sit them out and deal with the runny nose bullshit but my gf got me to pick up some Sudafed PE. Works pretty well, but I've been cramping since day two on 20mcg of Clen. I'm taking butt loads of taurine and magnesium, but something is most definitely different than normal. Would the combo of these two be giving me cramps? I'm talkin in my fingers, ribs, legs, neck, everywhere. Thoughts?

hell I don't even need pseudo to get cramps from clen lol.

You could try quinone (anti-malarial drug which also stops cramps), make sure you drink a lot of water and electrolytes, and with clen I'd recommend co-q10. Bilberry may help.

Sudafed drys me out rather quickly. Check hydration and electrolytes.

I stopped the Sudafed today, and guess what? No cramps. Add this one to the vaults

Hell yeah, man. That will definitely cause an enhanced cramping experience!

Are you taking any potassium?

From memory this is due to a decrease in Taurine. Supplement with 5g ED, and get a good multimineral down your neck - Sodium/Potassium/Electrolyte levels will need balancing out... Obviously you should be drinking alot of water anyway...
