Frangible,Dopamine along with the other few I mentioned above should be granted IC access IMHO a'la a sort of M+M knighthood status.

If it says VIP under the username, they can't win, because they're already big-time winners. Except Ras, he is allowed up to a dozen IC memberships, not only for the reason he mentioned...but also because the first one doesn't seem to be taking.

Because I run on 87% whims, 23% vodka, and -10% math skills, I'm changing things.

The first winner will be announced on the last day of THIS month, based on the whole month of January.

Then we will announce the new winner at the last day of every month.
