I've read all the arguments for and against pulsing and decided I want to try it if only to get 2 decent cycles out of a bottle.
However I have always thought it seemed like a waste to take it all right around your workout. So I will be taking it on my off days, when it can actually aid recovery/growth. I lift m/w/f so epidrol will be t/th/sat.
I am also going to spread the dosage out over the course of several hours instead of taking it all within a few hours. First dose with breakfast, last dose around 5pm.
Plan is 5 weeks 20/30/30/30/40. Post Cycle Support afterwards at regular dose for 4 weeks, or I may double dose the first week and 2 more weeks at regular dose. Clomid will be available as an absolute last resort.
Workout is madcow 5x5, currently on week 4.
Yesterday was first day at 20. This morning I weigh 221. Last time I had BF checked it was 22% and it has gone down from there but by how much I don't know. I have a gut and some chest flab.
Not going to do a detailed log but I will report any noteworthy events/ results for anyone interested.
