I owe Owen70 $160 in Avant store credit (or whatever 2 bottles of synthesize + shipping costs) and I'm at a loss as to how to give it to him.I cannot log into my account (says the email address is incorrect) and I've already "activated" my gift vouchers,which should mean that they have been placed into my account so I can't just send them out.

Also,the credit is from a trade and Owen wanted 2 bottles of Synthesize....the entire Avant Research line is absent from the AL store.I'd like to make good on the trade ASAP so any help would be appreciated.

This has happened at least once before. For some reason the accounts get messed up(and mine is right now, too). Try emailing Bren; he got it fixed up quick last time.

WRT vouchers, you can't send them to other people any more. You have to order the supps for them and have them sent to their place.

FWIW,the problem was on my end and not on Avant's store.

I had remembered after posting this thread that Turoati changed(and had informed me,I just forgot)my password recently with the AR transition and I had been entering the wrong password to begin with.
