-Effects: increased focused, slight decrease in appetite, more fluid conversational skills, increased extroversion, mood improvement (probably the direct effect causing much of that)

give me a few days into it and ill be able to compare it my previous stimulant usage, which includes

AMP
venom 3.0
stimulant x
stimulant x 2.0
R4W (diesal nutrition product)
N-cinerate
Thermophoric Diet Caps
Power Jolt (omega sports)
Spike (biotest)
..those are the main ones, at least name brand shit

2 caps today on adrenalean prior to training (20min prior) increased focus, and i swear more talkative...irratibility about 4-6 hours afterwards though...maybe coincidental

i know..there has been EXTENSIVE debate over its viability.
but i think such intensive extraction would rid most of the arecoline of its toxicity. ill take the small amount it seemingly presents. but who knows, maybe i am an unknowing victim hah.

it is really noticeable today on 3caps...im at work right now, and i had a 20 minute DEBATE over the viability of swearing in forming the initial trust required for a relationship amongst males in a gym setting...or some shit like that. its almost annoying to me, let alone the victims of my ramblings hah.

took 3 caps today, 2x, on empty stomach 25min prior to eating, and 20 min prior to training...training session was good, although nothing spectacular (note cals, carbs)
however, beyond the talkative nature that Adrenalean is seemingly producing, i noticed after what was a very light lunch (salad w/ 2/3rds of a chicken breast) this weird indifference to food. i KNEW i should have been hungry after that, but it was almost like this voice in the back of my head saying "why should you be hungry" ...producing an indifference to food, rationally, while increasing processing speed, language ability, and clarity of thought...i could get used to this. let's hope the effects are not quickly downregulated

You actually spelled it wrong.. Methylarecaidin or Methylarecaiden is correct-BN spells it wrong as well.

After 30 days of Activate Xtreme (5 caps a day, 3 in the morning and 2 caps 12 hours later or pre-training on training days) And 30 days of Lean Xtreme (2 caps in the morning, 2 caps 12 hours later)
waist is done to 34.5 and hips are at 38.8
that means in 30 days, waist measurement has gone down by about 1.5inches or 2 inches, honestly i lost the measurement, but i know its 1.5-2 inches hah
hips are down by 0.7 of an inch
weight is 6lbs down, to 216lbs
ill update skinfolds shortly once im at home
strength...squat is +10lbs for reps and bench is about +5-10 lbs for reps (same reps performed, but increased weight)

As for Adrenalean:
Noticed a really prominent attention to detail effect today...this sounds weird, but i had an in class writing assignment and was almost obsessed with neat handwriting, not to mention word selection and sentence structure, and this wasn't an English class, so i had no real reason to be concerned with it. talkative/extroversion noticeable once again. Dosage was 3 caps 1hour post-meal, only 1x today. Very clean energy, and an underlying need to feel busy, although not necessarily productive. interesting

adrenalean-same deal as usual. felt a very, very slight bit of anxiety, but it could have been due to the PNS or SNS activation...cant help but noticed this kills erections, although its not like theyre spontaneous, but you know stim-dick, it applies to adrenalean, although i had no problems performing today
btw, dosage was 3 caps x2 on empty stomach. training was odd, it was like i knew i had to but didnt want to get started, however when i did it ended up being a relatively good session
talkative as hell as 'usual'
strong concentration
wish i had some experience with ritalin or adderall to give people a comparison, but alas, i have none.

PS im still running LX2.0, but am saving the activate xtreme until i bulk, LX2.0 dosage continues at 2 cap x2 a day

but the girlfriend has been trying it the past couple of days, she has a stimulant experience history as extensive as mine, thats what you get when you date a supp whore haha

anyways, she has used it 3x now for studying @ 2-3 cap dosing, and simply loves it for that. she says it makes her much more focused and on task, although if focused is lost...it is hard to get back on task. she is also more talkative on it. 3 caps is working best for her. p.s. her favorite stim before this had been venom hyperdrive 3.0, but she had gotten so acclimated to its effects that even 3 caps of that wasnt doing shit
