Try 100mg with 60g-100g carbs like you do with pslin.
problem is, i tried p-slin and it did jack shit for me really....
although i do have about 66 grams of bulk berberine HCL laying around

FINAL REVIEW
ENDURANCE: 4/5 P-slin helped me with endurance as my rest-periods were often no longer than 50 seconds, however I had relatively high endurance to begin with.
STRENGTH: 2/5 Can't honestly say I saw noticeable increases in strength on this versus off of it
BODY COMPOSITION: 5/5 I'm up 4.5 lbs for no reason except P-slin really...no Idea why haha. I felt I was very much so glycogen loaded before this cycle, so I don't think it has anything to deal with that, unless its some sort of prolonged glycogen super compensation...dunno.
ENERGY: 2/5 Felt no real boost in energy with regards to with p-slin versus without p-slin.
PUMP: 3/5 Improved, but NO products and Activate Xtreme both give me better pumps than this did, which I found surprising. I did have a very good arm pump on arm days, but that is mostly attributable to the fact I use such high reps (10-12) and short rest periods (<60seconds.)
PRICE: 2/5 With the results I had, I can't say I would make this a staple; however some people who are obsessed with numbers might say the +4.5lbs override everything else, but I have never been a hardgainer and I had been average a +2lb gain the previous 3 weeks on this short bulk I have been doing (which is a caloric rebounding period from an extended dieting phase.)
