Jake's Thoughts And Testing Parameters
Epi-clones I think have had more of an impact on the industry for their strength and partitioning effects. The effects reported on reducing gyno I believe stems more from the tester leaning out rather than any apoptosis of mammary cells which is key for gyno reduction. It's important to note that no epi product company has claimed it has any effect WRT gyno reduction. I also wouldn't consider Epichlorol just another epi clone though. So I'm excited to see the results. I'll be keeping an eye on mine and keep every one updated.
My expectations will be to gain strength (which will be apparent) and a hardening/partitioning effect. I'm going to try to keep my weight at or around 180 which is where I'll be beginning the log at. Maybe I little heavier since I'm on a weekend refeed which tends to a a binge more than anything else. Water retention can be seen in the picture from some carb specific binging from last night.
My take on zsupps is they are new, but headed in the right direction. They seem to have some business ethics like not spamming and they keep pimping to their own sub-forum which is appropriate. I definately support their efforts to thrive in the industry. Check out the zsupps subforum to see some of his thoughts on up and coming products coming soon.
I'll also be checking out facial hair growth and libido as both will be easy to see a change in. I can usually go two days without cleaning up the edges of my beard (which is a chin strap, progression will be seen in my cheeks which are patchy at best). I'm expecting to see anything here, but it'd be interesting if I did. On the libido issue, I have no sexual partner and have been obstaining from masterbation until the weekends. This is highly unusual for me as I had been a once a day guy since I could hold pencil. A drop in my ability to hold off for the weekend would be easily manifested.
Diet
I'll be continuing on with my diet outlined in my log. Which is:
Monday - (speed bench day) 2-500 cal deficit. Carbs minimal. Fasted cardio in the AM. Weight training in the PM
Tuesday - (max leg day) 200 deficit - daily requirement. Carbs will at breakfast and before weight training. AM cardio and PM weights.
Wednesday - (am cardio only) 500 cal deficit. Fasted AM cardio
Thursday - (max bench day) 200 deficit - daily requirement. Carbs will at breakfast and before weight training. AM cardio and PM weights.
Friday - (powerclean - curl day) 2-500 deficit. AM cardio.
Saturday - (speed legs) binge day - my choice on how much of what when.
Sunday - (rest day) binge day.
notes: most calories are eaten after weight training. I'll be split dosing so that I would get screwed by half lifes when I'm recovering from weight training as well as to utilize it while doing fasted cardio. When dosing before weight training I'll be taking it with fat. In the mornings for fasted cardio obviously it will be on an empty stomach.

Experience:
PH experience is par I would say. I've done two runs of 17-HD when it first came out. I did an extended cycle with 1,4AD and topical 6-oxo. I've done two cycles of Havoc, one with Epistane, and have run an Activate/Nettle stack. I also have had experiences with SERMs and an AI.

I cap up bulk maca w/bulk horny goat weed. I would rather parachute than taste most bulks tho. Thanks for the gyno info. I have personally found the anti-gyno props of the Epi compound to be overrated.
