I don't log supplementation, but training is logged at a site spytech launched, which I've become very fond of using for it's handy features and neat, 'blog' format.
Here's my page.

I second Jinx's suggestion. Very clean format.
I; OTOH, don't think it's for me. I enjoy a much more haphazard style of logging. In my workout log that I carry with me to the gym I write everything down very legibly. When I go to log it in here I only log what's significant to me. What I want to work on, what my highlights were, how my day was, what my thoughts on current events are, and how my level of anxiety fits into the grand scheme of things.
EDIT: wow, I ramble... unnecessary drivel deleted.

I use CalorieKing software on a U3 enabled flash drive for my daily macros and basic energy expenditure tracking. I also keep a regular old calendar on the wall which I fill in with what workout I did, amount of cardio, and total kcals for the day, and scale weight. Every once in awhile I'll sit down with the calendar and throw it into excel to run some data analysis on it and get an idea of how the vars. correlate to gains and weight.

My supps are posted on my fridge with a cabinet full of various bottles and pills... probably too much. As far as working out, i find it hard to track everything because when i am in the gym, i already have my work-out planned and just go for it. The times i have tried to log, have seemed very difficult for me to be disciplined enough to do it. I will just blame it on my lil friend ADHD.
