I know this has been addressed numerous times, and I have read the studies that say it does not raise blood sugar,etc etc. My question is more towards "real world results" and our anecdotes.


Myself I have noticed faster weight loss w/o it, but was it just in my head? My first keto diet I had plenty of diet soda and still got down to 8 percent w/o too many problems.

I am talking all varieties....splenda,aspartame,saccharin,etc....


I know the splenda packets have maltodextrin/dextrose as a filler,etc..again just looking for results based post here.

The caffeine content is arguably more of an issue due to its ability to induce insulin secretion but the data do not support much if any endocrinological effect from consumption of artificially sweetened beverages.
