Is the cap the serving size for the liquid?

I'm not sure what the cap is equivalent to. I'll try it later on and report back.

All we have is plastic wear. I think it is more like a tablespoon, not a teaspoon. So getting a 1/4 teaspoon from a plastic tablespoon wouldn't be to accurate. Thank you for checking.

A cap should be 1/4tsp, that's how I dose it.

1/2 of a cap is the dosing, I believe.

We've talked about this several times, so you can probably confirm with a search.

Thank ya'll very much. By the way before I ordered the liquid verson I have been on the softgels for 2 weeks and I have had awesome results so far. I am in the tail end of my 10th week of a cut and I have been making awesome progress still. I attribute that to the Sesathin I added. My diet and workout have been spot on. The only thing I have changed is taking Sesathin and fish oils. I am further excited about the Napalm I just ordered yesterday. Sesathin is great. It is a blessing to have a product help you with fat loss and be healthy at the same time. If the Napalm works like Sesathin it will be something to look forward to. I have been reading about Sesathin and Napalm on different boards on the internet and have heard nothing but positive feedback. The new website looks cool. I'm sure it was meant to be this way, but still it has a cool theme looking like the packaging of the research products.

I am returning to the states for R&R for 10 days and all I keep thinking about is the dam airport carry-on rules. You are only allowed to have a liquid 3oz or less. I made sure to have a bottle of sesathin softgels because the liquid verson is 3.75oz. I am also trying to think how to get my Napalm home. I noticed it is 4oz. I am going to try to put some of it in a little lotion bottle. Well I'm motivated to keep your products with me.

Just so everyone knows, we only have the softgel version now, but we've lowered the wholesale price on it to match the liquid, so this should be reflected in our retailers' pricing soon.

I would except the airports I will be going through getting back from Iraq are notorious for stealing and losing your luggage. So I will just have to be creative. I am only taking a carry on, so my luggage never leaves my site.

Just wanted to let ya'll know when I went to bodybuilding.com it wasn't quick to find your Avant Research brand. When you use the choose a brand drop down menu it isn't there. Avant Labs is. I found it by using the search option. I figured ya'll would want to know because I'm sure people would be adding Research items to their orders, but might not know it is an option there.

Hmm I just saw that too. Our page is still there, it's just the dropdown menu that's fucked.
