Today i took my first dose of omnibolic. MY workout schedule looks like this:

M- back, bi's, calves
T- chest, tri's, abs
W- off
Th- shoulders, traps, abs
F- bi's, tri's, legs
Sat- off
sun- off

my diet is currently the Anabolic diet, I'm taking in about 2700 calories every day. protein is at 250-270, fat about 150, carbs less then 30.

This past weekend i caught a bad case of the flu and 2 weeks ago i had food poisoning so my luck in February with getting sick sucks so far. My goal for this supplement to is to put on a little more muscle that i may have lost from being sick. I just came off of an anavar/proviron cycle so the anavar may have helped me keep some muscle while i was sick. I'm 5'10" and i was 165lbs before i got sick so not sure what i am now but i don't go by weight anyway i go by the mirror, My bf% is around 9%.

I'm hoping to make it to the gym today but i'm still a little sick. I am very consistent with the gym and i hate missing any days so i might just go and push through the workout. It would just really suck to shit my pants during a set though. We'll see how i feel later i know letting yourself fully recover from being sick is the best thing to do but if i feel i won't dookie on the row machine then i'll go.

Yesterdays workout went great. I did chest, bi's, tris, abs, and calves. usually i wouldn't do bi's and calves but i missed Mondays workout due to being sick and i really wanted to hit those parts. Nothing much to report yet on the Omnibolic on whether its working or not. I did feel like i was holding a little bit of water after the workout though. This could be due to the fact that i had about 35g of dextrose after my workout and im not used to having carbs on the weekdays so i may have held a little bit more from that. Today is an off day for me.

I figured I would post what my diet is monday-friday

Meal 1- 4 eggs, 1 ounce american cheese
Meal 2- 3oz turkey 1 ounce mozzerella cheese
Meal 3- Chicken salad with ranch dressing, 1oz sunflower seeds
Meal 4- 3oz turkey, 1ounce mozzerella cheese
Meal 5- Protein shake, 1tbsp EVOO, 30g dextrose
Meal 6- 8oz ground sirlion beef 93% lean, 1-2 ounce of velvettacheese, taco sauce

I'm thinking of bumping the 8oz of beef to 6oz. Also this turkey shit is getting old on me i may need to get some tuna or something else i've been on this diet for about 2 months now. seen sme awesome results. weekend i carbload. I eat things like bagels, cereal, oatmeal, then sometimes ice cream and cookies(moderate) i still try to keep it as clean as possible without going crazy.

Thursday: Shoulders, Traps, Abs

Workout was ok . I had plenty of energy but usually i have more of a pump. I just came off of anavar so i know the pump i was getting was from that. Diet was the same as it is all week. Except I had some peanut butter at night last night. All the body parts I hit are nice and sore so thats always a good thing. yesterday was day 4 of omnibolic today is my 5th day. Not sure how long it take to feel anyhting hopefully i"ll feel more a pump or something today. I will be working out Bi's, Tri's, legs today.

I just got back from my workout. I definitely felt the omnibolic kick in today. The pumps were great in my arms and my legs were so pumped i could barely walk to my car let alone drive it home. My leg workout is pretty intense i don't go heavy but i do a lot of reps in a short amount of time i grabbed the workout from an article that caught my attention its not the exact workout because your supposed to do it 2 times a week but it hits the legs hard and i feel it does what i want it to do. here it is:

1 set For 2:30 i do squats with no rest. I'm only squatting about 100lbs though. you wind up doing about 50-60 reps.

2 sets leg lifts. 10 reps toes pointed in, 10 reps toes pointed straight, 10 reps toes pointed out. No rest in between the 10 reps only between sets i take about a 90 second rest.

3 sets leg curls 8-10 reps 5 second negatives after the 8-10 reps do as many as u can.
I rest about 90seconds between each set.

This workout will murder you legs and you can do it in less then 20 minutes. your supposed to work your way up with the squats adding 20 seconds each time you do this routine until you reach 8 minutes. i will do this until i reach 4-5 minutes. your also supposed to do this 2x a week but i do it once.

My arms and legs are so sore today i fuckin love it!!!!! I just took my omnibolic then i'm gonna eat in about 45min. I don't workout on the weekends so there won't be any updates. I would like to add that omnibolic definitely increases your appetite. I also think that i"m going to add a carb load day during the weekday on wednesday.

i'm not really bulking. I've been cutting for the last 2 months. Right now i'm just eating maintenance calories to see how well this compound will work. I'm hoping that it will add 1 or 2 lbs of muscle we'll see. I do eat carbs on the weekends and i'm going to add a carb up day during the week. so basically i'm eating carbs on my off days. I also added 30g of dextrose to my shake after i workout. I want to keep my body in a fat burning state and utilize the food that i take in to it's max abilities. I bloat off of carbs and i easily store them as fat even though i'm an ecto. I really like the diet i have been on. It is great to cut fat and i supposed to be great at building muscle your just supposed to up the calories a little bit. I'm not looking to gain 10lbs of muscle 1 or 2 lbs in a month would be great if i can stay the same bf%.

todays food intake will consist of:

4 bowls of banana nut crunch with 8oz milk
1 toasted bagel with cream cheese
1 slice of NY pizza baby!!!
2 bowls of oatmeal

then whatever i have for dinner with my GF when we go out.

I'll take in about 350-400g of carbs today. I will do the same thing tomorrow

Yesterday i did back, bi's, abs. The pumps were great again. I have more of a pump then i did while i was on anavar. I felt great the strength was great and i had no problem getting through my workout i wanted to just keep lifting but i gotta try to weight lifting to around an hr i don't want to over train. I ran for 20 minutes after my work out keeping my heart rate around 130. I thinking about slowly dropping my fat intake and addding carbs to my diet. I've had great results with my cut and i feel carbs my be useful at this point and i might have better results while using the omnibolic. I would only have some oatmeal in the morinng, a wrap at lunch, then some dextrose after my workout. I don't want to overdue it cause i am sensitive to carbs. I figure i'm lean enough to start messing around with my diet.

Today's workout will be chest, tri's, and calves im looking foward to the pumps i will be getting, i will be able to better judge the strength gains thats this product may produce while doing chest.

The other supplements that i'm taking right now are:

Yesterdays workout went very well. Once again i had some really nice pumps. My strength wasn't were i was hoping it would be though. I do feel like i am still leaning out. I added a little more carbs to my diet. I have a wrap at lunch instead of just a grilled chicken salad. next week i will add some oatmeal in the morning.

Theres really not much to report. today is an off day.

Yesterday was an off day. I do notice that i feel fuller even when i'm not lifting. I've been taking in a little more carbs a day about 50g then i normally do. Not sure if if i feel more full beacuse of the carbs or the omnibolic. I will need more time to judge.

Yesterdays workout was just OK. I didn't have the pump that i normally get. I'm not sure why. My strength was fine though. So was my endurance. I really don't understand why i didn't feel anything. Ross does this need to be taken with food? I usually take it 20-30 minutes before i eat in the morning and 45minutes after i eat in the afternoon about 45minutes before my workout. MY body is sore but i feel that i am recovering quicker then usual Which is great cause the soreness i had last week was lasting all week. Hopefully today the pumps will be better.

Today will be bi's, tri's, legs.

yesterday was a great workout. I was very happy with the pumps i had during the workout. My arms felt full and when i was done with the intense leg workout that i do it was once again hard to walk. I did 3 minutes straight this week on my squats and it was very intense.

Here is my 2 weeks summary on omnibolic:

Pumps are intense, best pumps that I've ever had
recovery is quicker
I have more endurance and get get a couple more reps
My muscles feel fuller and harder

I seem to be staying lean even though i switched up my diet a little bit. Starting monday i will be adding oatmeal to my breakfast in the morning. I want to see if i can gradually up the carbs and still stay the same leaness with this product. So far i am enjoying this product and looking for the weeks to come.

The cons that i have seen with this product are that i haven't really noticed a strength increase. I don't train for strength but it would be nice to be a little bit stronger. I guess time will tell in the next couple of weeks if that all changes.

This weekend i'm off from the gym. I will be carb loading taking in about 400 carbs each day.

I can definitely tell that carb loading on the weekends helps with the pumps that i get during my workout on Mondays and Tuesday's. I ate too many carbs and can tell that i lost a little bit of definition and look a little flat. Hopefully throughout the week i will loose that flat look and be more cut again. Strength was a little stronger yesterday. Maybe that part of the omnibolic is starting to kick in.

Today is chest, tri's and calves. Chest days always help me to judge the best of where my strength is at. Sadly my second bottle of omnibolic hasn't come in yet it should be here tomorrow so today i will not be taking any.

Yesterday's workout consisted of Chest, Tri's, Calves. I must say strength was a little better and every week my pumps get better and better. In the morning i definitely look and feel more full. I was able to take 3 caps before my workout but that is the last of the omnibolic that i have. i was not able to to dose it yesterday morning or today. Hopefully i will receive my bottle today. Once the product arrives i will continue to log how my workouts go.

Still did not receive the bottle of omnibolic That i won 3 weeks ago. Hopefully soon. I'm not sure how long of a break you can take with this product before you basically have to start over building it back up in your system. This may effect the log a litlte bit.

Ok yesterday was my first workout back on omini. I talked to ross and he said it's cool if i throw some 11oxo in there. I will be dosing Omnibolic at 5caps with brekfast and 5 caps before my workout. 11oxo will be dosed at 3 caps per day spread out evenly.

Yesterday was shoulders, traps, abs. Workout was great. strength was up and so was my endurance. I had already started the 11oxo because i wasn't sure if i was going to receive the omnilobolic. SO yesterday was day 5 on the 11oxo. Today will be arms and legs

yesterday was a really bad day for me. I was really depressed and was going to skip the gym. I decide that I was still going to go anyway. My workout went great. Strength was up and my pumps were insane. I seem to be sweating a little bit more also. I am def getting leaner from the 11oxo I'm really enjoying this compound and have only been 6 days into it. The omnibolic should add a nice touch to it.

yesterdays workout was back, bi's, abs. My workout wasn't that great. Usually i go in there with tons of energy but yesterday i just wasn't feeling it. I'm still sore and all today i just didn't push myself as much as i would have liked to. I have some things that are going on right now in my personal life so this may effect my workouts a little bit. I"m trying my best to stay positive. Hopefully my workout today will be much better.

Yesterday's workout was chest, tri's, calves.

My workout went great yesterday tons of energy, strength was up, pumps were great. I tried an new exercise i haven't done before. Decline tricep extensions. These work great, by far the best exercise for triceps. I will be doing these from now on for the next few months. My strength was definitely up yesterday throughout the entire workout, my focus was very good too. I hit calves pretty hard then did 25 minutes on the eliptical to end the workout. Today will be an off day.

Workout went very well. Energy was great, mood was great, strength was up, also endurance was up. i'm sweating a little bit more while doing cardio too. I'm still leaning out which is cool with me as long as my bf% stays low and i don't lose any muscle i am happy.

Today will be arms, and legs.

my workout yesterday went great. My arms had a ridiculous pump and i was able to lift a little more weight with solid reps. I try to really concentrate on the movements with 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down and a nice squeeze at the top.

After arms it was time to hit legs. I did a nice warm up and went for my squat routine, I hit 4 minutes straight, squatting 95lbs on the smith machine. I felt that I could have still went a little bit more but decided i wanted to get through the rest of my leg workout.. The rest of the workout went great and the pumps were crazy. My legs are really sore today and i love it.

I'm really enjoying this stack right now. I think I'm going to pick up another bottle of 11oxo and up it to 5 caps a day for the last 2 weeks. I will keep the omnibolic dose at 10 caps ed.

Yesterday was chest, Tri's, Abs

Workout went well, strength was ok i'm noticing any increase anymore. I was going to get another bottle of the 11oxo but i waited too long so my run will end friday. I will still be running the omnibolic for another 2 weeks though. I feel sore today in both my triceps and my chest. My legs are still sore from friday. Today will be back, bi's, calves.

Yesterday was back, bi's, calves

Workout was good. I did some deadlifts and my whole back is really sore today. I love dead lifts but i don't do them every weeks i need to start doing that though. My traps and hamstrings are sore as weel from performing them. Next was bi's. Hit bi's pretty good, I did some seated hammer curls and some cable curls. I hit calves pretty hard for 6 sets with toes inted out then toes pointed on on the seated calve raises. All in all my workout went well, pumps were good and so was strength. I'm still leaning out a bit, The personal trainer at the gym said i was at about 8% i may go this weekend to see exactly what i am at.

Today is an off day

I've been playing around with th dosage of the omnibolic and decided to take 10 pills before my workout. My workout went pretty damn good. I lifted more then usual in every lift and when i was doing cardio i was sweating alot. Cardio also seemed to be a breeze. I feel that this product is pretty good when taken at a high dose. Yesterday was the 3rd day of me running it that high. Pumps were very good and it lasted longer then usual, i definitely am looking fuller too.

today will be a rest day.

Another great workout yesterday. Dosed 10 caps am 10 caps before workout. The pumps were great, strength was up and my muscles look fuller. I feel like this is a product that needs to be dosed very high to get good results. I saw results from 10 caps per day but i see a big difference with 20 caps per day.

Today will be a good test to see how well my endurance is because i will be doing my leg routine, and i will be shooting for 4 minutes of squats today. Last week i did squats in the rack with 95lbs instead of on the smith machine and i was able to hit 3:30 so we'll see if i can hit 4 today not using the smith machine.

I want to add that my sense of well being has improved and my load after sex was a lot more last night then usual.

so My omnibolic journey has come to an end.

I was very skeptical about the product when i first started taking it. I wasn't so sure if it was just an over hyped product or if it actually worked. You feel the pumps the first day that you are on it. That was the biggest thing that i noticed. Strength went up a little but not much. Recovery was quicker, and i had more endurance and i sweat a little bit more. When i double dosed the omnibolic thats when i noticed a big difference.

My muscle density and size increased in the one week that i doubled up on the dose. I was sweating even more in the gym and it seemed as if i was starting to lean out again. MY mood was great on this product also. I did notice I started to get a little bit of acne nothing crazy just a tab bit on my shoulders and the temples of my forehead. All in all I think this is actually a pretty decent product. The only negative thing about it is the price. If you were to want to see some nice gains off this stuff i feel you would have to take about 15 pills a day and the bottle would only last 10 days at $50 per bottle thats a lot of doe. But if you have the money i would definitely run it. I was lucky and got to test the product out for free and experiment with the dosages.

I give this product an 8/10 just because of the price, and also because it needs to be dosed a little bit higher. The product does what it says it will do and your just a happier person while on it.
