I took my first dose this morning, nothing to report as of yet. I workout in the evenings so i will report back on anything out of the ordinary tomorrow. Thanks to SSF for comping me a bottle for this log! I took last week off from the gym and diet so I'm looking forward to hitting it hard this week. My goal for this log is to cut as much fat as possible while maintaining (or gaining) strength. I'll post up some #'s tomorrow for comparison.

Yesterday my diet was crap but I still had a good workout. The first day back after a break is always nice. I'm a little sore today. It will take me a few days to get back into the diet. Strength was up last night but I'm saying that was because of the break and not the O-bol. Here are some starting out weights for comparison.
Flat bench - 275 x 5 x 3
Bent row - 255 x 5 x3 (these felt good)
Military press - 135 x 5 x 3
I will put up some lower body #'s tomorrow. Just take it easy on me I just recently started squatting again because of some old injuries. Everything is rocking and rolling nicely so far.

Today my diet was much better. Lower body felt good. I've always had problems with my knees so when I squat it's slow and controlled. I go ATG and I don't lock out at the top, I keep tension on the muscle the entire set. I had a good pump, a little crackle in the knee's but not too much. I've been in a great mood today as well. I'm going to have to say placebo on that one but maybe not. Here are some weights
Squat - 255 x 5 x 3 (felt pretty easy)
SLDL - 285 x 5 x 3
Front Squat - 185 x 5 x 3 (last set was a tough one, had pain in my mid back)
I weigh once a week so I'll change my weight on Monday next week. Hopefully I'll be down a few lbs. I think it's sad I can bench more than I squat but I'm working on that.

I got a nice pump during this workout, it stayed with me for a little longer than usual. It could just be that i was paying attention to it. I imagine I will be able to tell more significantly next week. I don't know if it's the O-bol or not but I have been having intense cravings. I stay hungry most of the day which is unusual since I'm generally never hungry on an IF scheme. My diet has been coming together nicely. I'm in the process of moving so Wednesday my cardio consisted of carrying boxes of my junk up and down several flights of stairs. I'll report in tomorrow with more. Energy is up this usually happens about a week into IF for me. The workout was great, I finished off with a set of front squats, I figured my legs were gassed by then but the strength was steady every set. I was getting a weird rubber band feeling if that makes any sense. Like my muscles wanted to stay contracted and just stretched out during the eccentric portion of the movement. I think I was just in the zone. I left in a great mood. My legs felt like balloons. :-)

Energy is still up. I cheated a little over the weekend so I'm holding a little more water than I would like but I'm down 3lbs not too shabby. Mood has been up which is always good. Drive in the gym was a little low yesterday, probably because of the cheating over the weekend. Strength was still good, over all the workout was good. I've still been hungrier than usual. I do feel a little more dense than usual if that makes sense. Anything I would contribute to the o-bol after my first week would be mild but decent. The hunger thing is a little annoying maybe it would be better suited for a bulk, for me any way. I've been doing the same split since December so I'm thinking about changing even though I have yet to plateau. I've always liked a 5x5 and have been leaning toward that again. They just opened a new gym like 5 seconds from my current gym. They're having some specials and are advertising it as a 6 million dollar facility so I might check it out this week, maybe switch. We will see. I think a change of scenery would be motivating.

Energy is crazy, I can't sit still I do that annoying leg shake thing all day. This is what happens to me when I IF. Sex drive seems up. Muscles seem full and dense. Also I've been taking dumps like there's no tomorrow since Monday evening. I must have been stopped up and didn't realize it :-). Last nights workout was stellar. I didn't get the weird stretch pumped feeling but I still felt great. I'm going over to the new gym today to look around maybe I'll switch my membership.I'm dropping weight steadily, even with a little cheating, and my strength is holding, going up slowly. I've decided not to change my routine until after I've completed this test. Like I said I haven't plateaued on it yet I might even stay on it longer who knows. For some reason it seems like my calves shrink when I start an IF routine. I noticed it this morning in the mirror. Maybe I deplete all the glycogen with my constant leg shaking...

Update?
I left on Thursday for the Arnold and got in Late last night. Lots of partying, I tried not to go hog wild on the food, but did a pretty bad job. I'm majorly bloated today so i will jump back on the diet strict and get a workout or two in to try and shed some of this water before i update my weight. I I'll punish myself in the gym tonight and update tomorrow. I'm going for my first workout at the new place too.

This workout was subpar not horrible though, I guess my body didn't like all the crap I put it through this weekend. Strength was down, no pumps, I couldn't get my head into the workout. I do however really like this new facility. All the equipment looks brand new. I got a good deal too, 25 bucks a month no contract and no join fee. My diet was spot on yesterday, I feeling much cleaner, clearer this morning. I have some doms from yesterday but that's good i guess. I'm stoked about the new facility so I'm looking forward to this evenings workout. Hopefully it will be a little better. Mentally good mood, the Arnold always gets me going. I'll have good motivation for a month or two. I'll weigh in tomorrow to asses this weekends damage. I was pissing every 5 minutes yesterday so I've shed some of the bloat. From the looks of the bottle this morning. I imagine tomorrow or Wednesday will be my last day on Omni, I will write a full review of it on Friday.
In light of the recent derision I am both relieved and a little disappointed. I'm relived because I hate drama and want nothing to do with it but disappointed because I think omni has potential as a supplement I just think 15 days is a short period of time to review it. That's all I will say.

This workout was awesome. My knees crackled a lot but they always do when I go on a binder like I did. Weight felt good I went slow and controlled, got a little pumpedI think I'm finally back to normal after the Arnold. I almost fell over when I weighed this morning too, 218. Good workout last night good weigh in this morning. After a bad workout on Monday this week seems to have turned around. I still feel a little bloated so I might even be less. Strength was good last night. There was a 6'10" guy there who was pushing around crazy weights so that got me pumped up a little and I decided to up my weights. The new gym is definitely helping too. I've got 2 doses of omni left. I will dose one tonight and the other tomorrow morning. Instead of my normal hypertrophy workouts I'll do the same workouts I did at the beginning of this log for comparison. Diet was spot on yesterday as well.

Yesterday's workout was great. Strength went up (not as much as I wanted but what can you do) weight went down. I also noticed I wasn't fatiguing as much as usual. My energy is up crazy again. I got off work around 6, went to the grocery store, headed to the gym, worked out about an hour and a half, came home cleaned the kitchen, cooked 8lbs of chicken breast, watched a movie (the invaders, I give it a b-) and I was still to hyper to go to sleep so I read for about 45 minutes. I ended up falling asleep around 2. Here are the workout comparisons.
Start:
Flat bench - 275 x 5 x 3
Bent row - 255 x 5 x3 (these felt good)
Military press - 135 x 5 x 3
End:
Start:
Flat bench - 280 x 5 x 2, 280 x 4 (I started out with 290 and I knew I wasn't going to get many reps with it so i dropped 10lbs.)
Bent row - 275 x 5 x3 (My form was somewhat lacking but it didn't feel too heavy, I'll stay with this weight a week or 2)
Military press - 135 x 8 x 2, 135 x 6 (Good pump! a little shaky on the last set. I think I could easily get 155 x 5 x 3)
I will put up some lower body #'s tomorrow along with my final review of omni. Not bad for 15ish days

Workout felt ok..
Start
Squat - 255 x 5 x 3 (felt pretty easy)
SLDL - 285 x 5 x 3
Front Squat - 185 x 5 x 3 (last set was a tough one, had pain in my mid back)
End
Squat - 255 x 5 x 3 (My knees where giving me trouble so I didn't push it)
SLDL - 315 x 5 x 3 These felt easy, I think I need to slow them down though
Front squat - 185 x 8 x 2, 185 x 5 (Back felt fine, the first 2 sets were a breeze last set no so much, I got light headed)
Over all I think Omni is a respectable product. It's a little pricey for me but I think it has merit. I dropped 7 lbs in 15ish days with some cheating on weekends and my strength held fast, even went up a little. I do attribute some of the cheating to the omni, it made me ravenous most of the time. Not in my case, so good for a cut but I think it would be a good addition to a bulking stack. It took several days to kick but even when it did other than the hunger it was very subtle. I think it would get better with time maybe a 6-8 week cycle of would be a better judge. O Like I said over all respectable, especially for a non-hormonal supplement. 3.5 out of 5 stars.
