LOL, why is this in our forum? smile.gif

According to IBE: "3-OH-GABA binds to the same receptors in the brain as benzodiazepines like Xanax to induce relaxation and 3-OH-GABA has also been shown to increase growth hormone levels. The second ingredient, N-arachidonyl-dopamine HCL binds to the cannabinoid CB1 receptor in the brain. This is the same receptor stimulated by marijuana and known to cause feelings of euphoria and relaxation."

I did not realize I was in your forum thought I wasin supplements, can you move this?

After doing some more looking it appears to be a powerful GABA agonist per the study below

The affinities of a number of analogues of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) for GABAA and GABAB receptor sites and GABA uptake were studied using rat brain membrane preparations. Studies on the (S)-(+)-and ®-(-)-isomers of baclofen, 3-hydroxy-4-aminobutyric acid (3-OH-GABA), and 4,5-dihydromuscimol (DHM) revealed different stereoselectivities of these synaptic mechanisms in vitro. Although (S)-3-OH-GABA and, in particular, (S)-DHM were more potent than the corresponding ®-isomers as inhibitors of GABAA binding, the opposite stereoselectivity was demonstrated for the GABAB binding sites. Thus, ®-3-OH-GABA and ®-baclofen were more potent than the (S)-isomers as inhibitors of GABAB binding, ®-baclofen being some five times more potent than ®-3-OH-GABA. These two ®-isomers actually have opposite orientation of the substituents on the GABA backbones, suggesting that the lipophilic substituent of ®-baclofen interacts with a structural element of the GABAB receptor site different from that that binds the very polar hydroxy group of ®-3-OH-GABA. The O-methylated analogue of 3-OH-GABA, 3-methoxy-4-aminobutyric acid (3-OCH3-GABA), did not interact significantly with GABAB sites. The homoiogues of GABA, trans-4-aminocrotonic acid (trans-ACA). muscimol, and 3-OH-GABA, that is, 5-aminovaleric acid (DAVA), trans-5-aminopent-2-enoic acid, homomuscimol, and 3-hydroxy-5-aminovaleric acid (3-OH-DAVA), respectively, were generally much weaker than the parent compounds, whereas 2-hydroxy-5-aminovaleric acid (2-OH-DAVA) showed a significantly higher affinity for GABAB sites than the corresponding GABA analogue, 2-hydroxy-4-aminobutyric acid (2-OH-GABA). The cyclized analogues of these amino acids, perhydrooxazine-6-carboxylic acid and isoxazolidine-5-carboxylic acid, respectively

I like it, someone try it and get back to us. I kinda miss the days of the old IBE being a sponsor here. Atleast I think that was here

Another exotic compound no one can find. What good is it if it's unavailable?

What do you mean "unavailable"? It's supposed to be in IBE's X-Dream which you can buy at NutraPlanet.

Don't bother. I received a tester bottle of X-Dreams and noticed absolutely NO effects. I think suggested dosing was 1-2 caps, and I went all the way up to 10 caps per serving to try and get some effect. Nada. I'm not sure if its way underdosed or what, but IMO its definitely not worth the cash. Also, I did see that some "testers" gave it good reviews at even 1 cap per day, but I'm guessing that this was largely placebo.

Well, that's what it's labeled as containing. I'm not saying it doesn't, I just worded it oddly I guess.
