I have read about the threads using vinegar to help restore muscle glycogen when using carbs
However, I was thinking since vinegar helps in restoring muscle glycogen, but at the expense of decreased fat burning, will adding sesamin help?
or will sesamin oxidize most of the carbs, leaving little for the vinegar to use as substrate? i.e sesamin will shift the substrate (carb) utilization of the vinegar in replenishing muscle glycogen towards the liver to be oxidized
Inputs pls, tks.
