This product contains ALRI's own version of chocamine, an extract of cocoa. It's second main ingredient is Guarana Extract, or in plain English caffeine. The serving size for this product is 1 pill, which I find to be odd considering that with plain chocamine much is normally needed. However, this is "special chocamine."
Chocamine is a mix of several chemicals that together make you feel pretty good. One of the chemicals in chocamine is caffeine. Therefore, Hyperdrive's first two major ingredients are caffeine and more caffeine.
I took the one pill and waited to feel something so that I would then go begin my workout. Nothing ever came. For a product that is claiming to have all this caffeine, it doesn't stimulate too much. It also gave me a wicked headache that took 3 extra strength Tylenol’s to cure.
I am willing to subject myself to this experiment again and will report back again when I do. However, as of now I have to recommend staying away from Hyperdive 3.0. Invest your money in some plain chocamine powder. It is one of the best pre-workout supplements available, it’s cheap, and it definitely wasn’t broke and did not require fixing.
