Here is what Im twerping with:
1/2 bottle of HEAT (original)

T-3 100mic/ml, 30ml
NP's bulk geranamine caps
NP's bulk CLA gel caps (1000mg/cap x 100)
I will also be capping NP's bulk green tea powder (50% EGCG, 100g)
I also have 20mg of NP's bulk Raspberry Ketones (I might throw this in a transdermal with Formestane....anyone's thoughts on RK in TDS vs RK oral??)
I will also of course be using FOGO
shameless plug I will be using the following to minimize or eliminate any muscle-wasting:
- pegMGF probably 1-2mg per week
-probably transdermal Formestane
- S-4
- igf-1, lr3
maybe tren extreme clone (non 17aa proH)
My questions are this:
1. When to dose CLA? On empty stomach or after a meal?
2. I normally dose t-3 in the mornings but if someone has other suggestion with that....
3. RK: oral or TDS?
4. Dosage on green tea?
5. Suggestions on utilizing the HEAT?
Any help would be appreciated.
