OK I would like to do a little body recomp/cut. I plan on doing cardio 3x per week and lifting 3x per week (2 days will overlap with cardio & lifting). I will do high rep multiple movement lifts. The primary thing I need help with is structuring the dosages/use of my supplements.


Here is what Im twerping with:

1/2 bottle of HEAT (original) smile.gif

T-3 100mic/ml, 30ml

NP's bulk geranamine caps

NP's bulk CLA gel caps (1000mg/cap x 100)

I will also be capping NP's bulk green tea powder (50% EGCG, 100g)

I also have 20mg of NP's bulk Raspberry Ketones (I might throw this in a transdermal with Formestane....anyone's thoughts on RK in TDS vs RK oral??)

I will also of course be using FOGO smile.gif shameless plug

I will be using the following to minimize or eliminate any muscle-wasting:

- pegMGF probably 1-2mg per week

-probably transdermal Formestane

- S-4

- igf-1, lr3

maybe tren extreme clone (non 17aa proH)

My questions are this:

1. When to dose CLA? On empty stomach or after a meal?

2. I normally dose t-3 in the mornings but if someone has other suggestion with that....

3. RK: oral or TDS?

4. Dosage on green tea?

5. Suggestions on utilizing the HEAT?

Any help would be appreciated.

RK's - Fogos has RK's in it already... is there any room to add additional RK's? Probably best to go the oral route... you could mix it up with your GTE and cap it all together.

HEAT - works best when insulin is low due to the alpha-yo. I'd dose it 1 hr after meals or at least 30 min prior to meals. 3 caps 3x ED is standard dosing - if you only have half a bottle it might not last too long.

CLA - I'd take it with meals.

Thanks Kimbo. Yes FOGO has RK in it. I just have this extra bulk laying around. But FOGO is 'saturated' so I dont think it would hold any more powder. I was thinking about using the RK & the Form together in a TDS. I thought about using the GTE with the RK too.

RK's are very orally bioavailable IIRC, so I don't think throwing them into a transdermal would really buy you much. I think the GTE + RK is a better route.

What's your diet and workout look like?

Diet I am working on but should be zoned in. I want to do some research on my metabolic type to determine what diet foods are best for me. Probably a low carb/high protein diet to induce ketosis.

Thanks for the suggestion on the RK.

Very high protein intakes can inhibit ketosis.

I gotcha HL. It wont be that high, I get sick of drinking protein shakes plus my life/schedule do not lend towards BB pre-comp style "Spartan" diets.

Ideally, you'd want to split your dose up to 2-3 times a day, empty stomach. The "once a day" proponents usually get their information from what doctors prescribe and such, because T3's half-life is quite long, but it's active half-life is short (8-12 hours); I'd pull up some concrete info on that if I could but don't have time ATM. But at least break up the dosage to twice a day and you'll be straight.

Oral, 125mg twice a day with your T3.

Like Kimbo said, 3x3 ED, but I recommend saying at least 2 hours after a meal/snack, and at least 30 minutes prior to a meal/snack.

All just IMO.

You can play around with your HEAT dosing too. 2 caps 5xED is another protocol you can use. 3x3 is easier for most people.

Actually, the 2x5 approach would be most convenient since then you can just take everything at the same time, and only have to worry about the "empty stomach" junk twice a day...good call Kimbo!

Don't cut everything at once, do it in a matter of a week or two slowly. That way your body doesn't realize that something is wrong and cause you to act weird (crave certain foods all the time, never be full enough, lack of energy, motivation...). That's the best advice that I can give, it has definitely helped me prepare for my comp in three weeks.
