This was a pleasant supplement. The serving size claims to be one capsule, and despite several warnings on the packaging to only start with one capsule, I decided to start with two.
Two capsules destroyed my appetite, and gave me a decent boost of energy. It was nothing dramatic, and not very intense. However, I did have a great workout. I am utilizing DC training and beat all of my old PR’s during the workout.
I think the warnings on the packaging are a tad exaggerated. Two capsules were an ample dose. However, I would like to try mixing this product with some chocamine, ephedrine, or maybe geranium extract, obviously not all at once.

Haha, either you are a secret BSN rep (which is fine by me) or you have been bitten by the BSN bug, as was I about 8 months ago. I have never had a bad experience with BSN other than a quick tolerance to N.O. Xplode. I highly recommend any BSN product. And Atro Phex worked great for me. I need another box.

I typically do not like all these trendy product mixes. I like to buy individual ingredients and make my own blends.
Besides this is only my second BSN review, the rest of my reviews have been other brands.

can anyone tell me the best way to take atro phex? like what time? do i take it before i go to the gym?? how the hell do i take it??

I took it just like the package says. But I took one more capsule than recommended each time.

Just follow the directions on the pacakging as said above. However, I would start with atleast 2 caps. I am NOT a big guy and 2 caps was nowhere close to overstimulating.
