Hey guys,

I just started taking ATD, in order to boost natty test levels up. I was wondering if anyone knows what the equivalent dosage of ATD is, in relation to 6 caps of 6-oxo. I could feel the extra juice flowing by week two on 6-oxo, when takin 6 caps every night. So, I'd like to supress estrogen levels in a similar range with nutraplanet's generic ATD.

off the top of my head i'd say about 50mg of ATD/200mg of 6-oxo
but you'd have to check the aromatase inhibition tables extrapolated from studies
plus its hard to just equivalents off of AI's, since there are vayring degrees of magnitude of conversion blockage, i.e. formestane, all things equal, is a weaker AI than arimidex, in almost any case, except absurdly huge dosing discrepancies

I'm still trying to figure this one out. I can't find the relevant studies on pub-med...I keep getting studies on salmon, rats, etc.

I've been taken two 25 mg caps a night for about a week. The back of the ATD bottle says to take 1-3 caps per day. I'll bump up to three caps in a few days if I'm not noticing any effect...

If what you said is right (50 mgs = 200 mgs of 6-oxo), im definitely under-dosing...
