I just saw an advertisement for a product called "N.O. SyntheSize" by VPX. Is this trademark infringement on Avant Research?

Synthesize is TM'd by "Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc." So unless that's Avant, I doubt they care.

Edit: Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is VPX, so no.

Where'd you see that?

AFAIK, Caleb is still in talks with Jack Owoc to get this settled some way. This is the reason BB.com hasn't been selling our SyntheSIZE in their store.
