This has to be, hands down, one of the coolest protein ideas in the past few years. Mix a pack of this stuff with 5 oz. of water, shake, and pour it into a cup. In about 10 seconds you have a really thick pudding-like consistency protein dessert which is low carb, low fat, and is almost entirely micellar casein based. The taste rocks, the texture is killer, and the product profile is excellent. The only downside is the price. $25.99 for 15 packets of 20g protein.

If this ever goes on sale again, I will definitely stock up. FWIW, the consistency is very similar, but slightly thicker than BSN's Lean Dessert Protein.
