I recently picked up a couple (well,7 actually,to take advantage of the free shipping on orders over $65)of Ergo's Protien Butter Plus and would like to know how many grams of Enova it contains per serving.

After reading McDougal's posts in the Inner Circle I'd like to start supplementing with Enova so this would help me determine how much I would need in addition to the amount present in this fortified PB.I plan on eating it (and supplementing with additional Enova) towards the end of the day for the serotonin release which looks as though it should help alleviate insomnia,at least ameliorate it to a signifigant degree. Some help/the lowdown here would be appreciated as I'd rather not add excessive Enova, caloric excess would largely negate the benefits DAG has on body composition.

As a sidenote,PBP has a very impressive macro profile but a decent amount of the PB flavor is lost in the mix which makes me somewhat of a sad panda bear.

if i recall correctly the peanut butter has the minimal amount of enova per daily serving that the company that makes it requires you to have for label claim. that is the dosage used in their study or something. i do not remember what it was. 10 grams or something perhaps, maybe 5
