My Havoc experiment ended almost two months ago and have lost some of the size...like a 1/4" in my arms I used my arms as a gauge) and lost about 6 lbs.

However, when taken in context 6 lbs weight loss, a smaller waist and only 1/4" loss...now that is what I call results! Would recommend it.

I got a ridiculously potent surge in strength from a 20mg run of Havoc but not much in the way of body comp improvement.

My next run will be 10mg ED for 10 weeks along with masteron and proviron,results should be much better.

FWIW,Havoc is definitely above board,as far as meeting label claims.

If you've some experience, I'd recommend going much higher. 90caps/30 days = 30 mg/day.
