Homegirl,please.

I'm only presenting ideas,my cooking abilities are quite honestly relegated to spaghetti and Barilla.

Basically, you hook it up just like you're baking regular oatmeal cookies.

Only exception is instead of adding milk you'd put the milk into a blender along with the eggs.I go with one whole egg and the rest just the whites while adding in a liberal amount of Enova (yummy serotonin may help alleviate insomnia,as HeavyLifter85 has exprienced) for more consistency, instead of inferior egg fat.Add the protien in,blend.Add oatmeal and raisons, stir.Supercarb content contingent on wether you want more carbs,I use enough for add'l sweet flavoring and leave it at that as I prefer low GI oatmeal for such a MRP.

Macro ratio should work out to 40/30/30(roughly with protien foremost and cho secondary) so at 500kcals (accounting for 16 oz of FF calorie countdown milk for 90 kcals and 16 g extra protien, along with some Swiss Miss SF chocolate) and this works out to a meal heavy in slow digesting protien with a minimal amount of whey as well.At least 50 G pro per 500kcals,which should keep one in an anti-catabolic stat with satiety induced for a good 5-6 hours or so.

Coat the pan with Enova and bake away.

I only know of ONE supermarket close by (actually,I have to drive like 1/2 hour to buy the shit so I buy all the FF CC milk they have when I go there) and it's a ShopRite.

You could ask the manager of pretty much any large supermarket chain store to special order them for you and I'm pretty sure they would,I just don't want to have that conversation.

Their website says Wal-mart has it in Az.

What website is that? I checked the Hood website but it was limited to New England area stores. I'd really like to find out if they still carry it anywhere in Pittsburgh.

Just thinking...you could also try the Splenda Brown Sugar which is roughly 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 Brown sugar to cut down on carbs but still taste rad. Might give it a more homemade taste than Supercarb. (And is a bit more readily available)

Gracias. It appears Hood has more than one website regarding their milk. I tried the slogan ready "hood milk . com"

Wal-Mart it is.
