First off, thank you Benson. I finally got some dough and hit up my local Chiro, Dr. Dustin Glass, he was pretty damned good. Felt out my forearm, ran a metal spatula style tool over it, found all my scar tissue, hit some basic massage techniques, gave me some homework and sent me on my way. It was pretty damned intense, but finally I feel as though I'm making way on my tendinitis. It's been 5 years too many of gulping Cissus and taking 3-4 months off a year. Activerelease.com has a practitioner finder, if you are suffering, get that shit taken care off, its well worth the time.

That particular technicue is actually Graston technique, a competitior to ART. If one is lucky you can find a practitioner who knows both ART and graston and can pick and choose which technique for which problem.
The chiro I goes to is like that and knows those 2 as well as other techniques. This is not the typical state as I gather e.g. the ART folks (or perhaps graston as well) do no encourate chiros to learn both.

It was the graston technique, and he had many ART certs on his walls as well. Living in affluent Orange County has its benefits. Guy said Babalu trains at their gym as well as many other professional athletes, I must say I was rather impressed. He mentioned Bromolain as well to be taken between meals to help with recovery as well as adequate EFA intake.

Hey Scott, or anyone else, what do you think about taking Cissus adjunct to this therapy? I'm kinda wary of interfering or masking any results i get, but then again I wouldn't mind healing faster and more efficiently

My ART guy also mentioned bromelain and was a huge fan of serrapeptase. Glad to hear you finally jumped on the ART bandwagon...it just plain works!

I used cissus and ART to heal a shoulder injury, tricep issue and some pec scar tissue.
i tried serrapepetase but did not notice all that much, going up to 160.000 IUs a day for four weeks, although i did find it cleared my nose out a bit

i used a blend called Vitalzym X that reduced inflammation and helped me to recover from injury more quickly. Also worked great as a VERY pricey digestive aid.

Is it easy and reasonable to do ART to yourself... say for instance in the iliopsoas area to deal with the damned anterior pelvic rotation.

Funny that you mention the anterior pelvic tilt, as I brought that up today with the Dr. BTW this D-termine. He essentially said it was all 'homework' to correct something like that and in all likelihood I'll end up sending my girl there. It was defintely the best 100 bucks I ever spent
