first of all I'm not so sure that NAC is preventing muscle fatigue solely because of it's anti-oxidant properties. Something tells me it is interfering with inflammation pathways. The study also said that people didn't get a pump either so that leads me to believe that nitric oxide is being hampered which may lead to less fatigue but will ultimately probably limit growth as well.

Plus, just as an aside, I wonder what the scientists are observing when it comes to the concern for that perceived oxygen shortage you're supposed to get when you take more than 600mg. I wish we could ask them.

Its a bunch of nonsense for anyone living in anything resembling a western society (pollution) or getting NO products or high Arginine, which is about 99% of this planet.

liorrh, are you still taking NAC; how are you taking it?

I emailed dr. reid (the one in that article) today to ask that very question, if he responds I'll post it.

please do, I take roughly 2400 mg per day as I have been on cycle support for over a yr straight...

orals included? If so, are your liver enzymes cool with only high dosed NAC?
