I was at the supermarket today at lunch and found Pork Rinds...Mostly fat and some protein and no trans fats. Sounds like a healthy snack...but it has such a big stigma attached to it, that most people would frown upon it. (Well usually the same people eating PB&J on white bread).
In the bad for you...I love pie...good delicious fruit filled with crumbly crust. Crust that can only be made with lard....oh God...
So what do you eat when no one is looking?
* Good but stigmatized
* Bad, really bad

Pork rinds cracklings, heavy whipped cream, shredded coconut, butter, cream cheese, bacon.
My heart is fucked.
Bad....really bad? Ben & Jerry's...kinda.

I'm a binger and I hide it. Seriously. I'll still eat with people around, but I'm severely self conscious about it and prefer it eat alone. I eat anything sweet in the house. Usually starting with pastries of any kind which usually leads to cookies, peanut butter and jelly (toasted), then cereal. All while downing milk (my best is a gallon of 2% in one day along with a ridiculous amount of cookies).
Chocolate is a normal staple. Waffles (eggos) are usually what I eat my peanut butter and jelly on (instead of bread). I usually finish it off with dark chocolate balls called 'Cocamacca' which are dark chocolate with herbs like macca and a slue of other mixed into it. This past weekend I made birthday cake my bitch (chocolate with chocolate icing and dark chocolate chunks baked in - thanks mom). Along with cookie cottage cookies, mexican food, and blue berry pancakes (thanks IHOP). WITH MILK.
interestingly enough I stay away from meats. By Sunday I'm usually so spent I have no interest in sugar any longer (or food in general for that matter) and monday-wednesday are spent depleting and trying to get the excess water and fat off of me once again.

2X on the sweets binges. If it's within sight, it's fair game. Sometimes I even steal from the roomie or gf -- it's terrible, but seems almost uncontrollable (see setpoint thread).

Currently, just cheese at about 1 lb/sitting once a week. Used to eat frosted pop-tarts until I was ready to vomit. Before that it was the Post Selects Cranberry Almond cereal. Before that, Honey Nut Cheerios and Skim Milk or white bread and honey or peanut butter.

You should get two eggos and spread nutella inside and make a sandwich out of it. Just microwave it for a few secs...pure heaven. Came up with that while toking with some friends.
Any of those little debbie snacks hold a special place in my heart. especially the swiss rolls and zebra cakes. Also, any type of sugary cereal, preferably fruity pebbles or fruit loops. Also, chocolate pie, gotta have pie.
EDIT: Bah! How could I forget at this time of the year...Cadbury creme eggs!1!

chicken gizzards is mine. I can MASH on some KFC gizzards. They always have to make them special to order since no one orders them.
Liver and onions is good. I suggest mixing liver + onions + ground turkey + enova oil + egg whites = heavenly taboo.

Good = a whole roast chicken from Sam's or Kroger, skin and all or 1-2lbs of beef.
Bad = a whole roll of fresh baked cookies or a dozen Crispy cremes.
Bad Bad = The cookies and the crispy creme with some B/J for good measure.

I've had weird energy lately.... and then today I bought five, yes five Lara bars (these are natural fruit/nut bars sold in health food stores), ate all of them, then ate 100 grams of 70% dark organic chocolate. All 'healthy' but come on, like 1500 kcals!
For the record, Lara bars have terrible macros (very little protein), but damn they're pretty tasty. I recommend lemon, cashew, pecan, and banana.
Now that my heart is racing from theobromine, caffeine and sugar, I may just have to do a heavy leg session....

Recalculated, I think closer to 2,500 kcals in the space of an hour. Felt amazing. And I had my first good workout of the week afterwards, so I guess I can sort of justify. Maybe the 'felt amazing' is justification enough

My piss-poor digestive capacity limits binging and since I eat roughly 50 % carbs most of the time alot of the high carb foods that are "forbidden" for most people on these forums , like lots of pasta etc isnīt that exciting to me.
I tend to go for salty meat - burgers or steak. A quarter pounder with cheese and 100 mg of Tramadol is like a swift blow to the balls of the hangover-devil which tries to torture me on most sundays.

Things I cannot have in the house:
Pizza Pringles, aldi's cheddar rice cakes, any kind of cake, chicken taquitos, nutty bars, sherbet
Got introduced to the Lara Bars at the Arnold...oh are those yummy! I love the key lime pie ones.
I have also found a recipe for sauteeing beans in a balsamic/butter/brown sugar glaze that once i start eating I cannot stop.

Although I'm not terribly strict in my dieting, one golden rule is to eat "out" as little as possible, and I constantly battle the urge to consume massive quantities of Pizza, Mexican food (mmmm burritos), and greasy Asian food (it sucks living in the part of town where all the best restaurants are). I usually fail. But thats life.
For all the raving about sweets, I suppose I might not be low enough below my set-point to get mad sugar cravings (likely because of the aforementioned vices).

Cheese
Franks Red Hot
Burgers - (ever eat a pounder from McD's? Four 1/4lb patties on one burger - if not Wendy's makes a fair comparison)
Whoppers (need calories fast? Double whopper with cheese, large poutine instead of fries, and a large shake)
Dairy - I could live off of yogurt, milk, cheese and cottage cheese - every mix your cottage cheese with fruit cocktail or pineapple (amazing)
Breakfast foods - eggs, mostly poached but lots of them toast and extra crispy bacon
Ice cream
Greek food - all of it, burger to gyros
Tkarrede my mouth is watering, add seafood to that list as well. Spaghetti with cheese and franks, ok I just love food.

Good thing you ask. I live with a roommate that eats shit all the time and drinks about a gallon of Pepsi everyday. I don't touch his shit, even though I'm tempted. Especially by the boxes of cereal and brownies.
Whenever I'm not living of shakes like now, in my cabinets you'll find cans of green beans, tomatos, spices, vinegar, oils, nuts and coffee. The rest is on my fridge: meats, vegetables, cheeses and such.
If I decide to eat some shit, I'll go to the store, pick a few especific things (ice cream, cookies, sandwiches, tortillas) take it back and stuff my face. Whatever's left I put away, don't touch again.
But I guess it's cool, I understand how you and your wife are one and what's your is hers, and viceversa.
