Full Version: 16 percent to contest shape in 17 weeks?

Ok...been a rough few months...but all my work training is done...ready to go hard and heavy with no more break haha.

Do you think I could be in contest shape in 17 weeks at my current bodyfat? I am 204lbs and 5 foot 7

I am on week 1 of a PSMF...using clen and furuzadrol, and t4. Also using AMP 2.

I am not planning on running heavy androgens, but I will run mild ones.

Do you think its doable. I was going to jump start w/ a 2 week PSMF.

Right now weights 4 days a week.....cardio ED for roughly 20-45 minutes.

For diet I am thinking of doing what I did for my last show and worked well...

180g carbs 30-40 g fat and the rest protein coming out to roughly 2000 kcal.

OR

A ketogenic diet....with minimal refeeds until I am at a "safer" bodyfat level.

I think it's doable enough but I've always subscribed to the camp that would have you saving your heavy hitters towards the end of your diet, not the beginning.

First piece of advice... Get someone to do your Pre-Comp Prep for you...

Refeeds are important on Keto diets for thyroid function...

I am having one done next week..thanks!

I dont worry about thyroid too much...i take t3 and /or t4. I only refeed carbs for leptin/glycogen.
