I’m back. I have been pretty much totally absent from the lifting forums other than my own the last 6 months and I apologize and am just happy you guys haven’t dumped me altogether. It has been a hectic 6 months. The software I have been helping put together (Redpointfitness.com) is almost ready for launch. It has been a two year project with the last 6 months the most time consuming. It is diet and training software that I think will surprise the lifting community with it’s unique features. Instead of answering questions I will just refer you to this link: http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12433

I have also been in over my head with training clients and have recently reduced my load and removed the OCD overanalyizers that would call 3 times a day with the same question or a variation of the same question—lol.

So I’m back to the boards and any tips and articles I post on my board will be posted here too, and I will be back to responding to posts. Thanks for everyone’s patience while I got things worked out.

I was just about to make a thread asking what happened to you! Literally, like just as I entered the site. Welcome back, and good luck on your project, sounds interesting. How many clients do you have now? Any room for my girlfriend???
