Terribly sorry if this has been addressed here before or if this is old news but how can I incorporate Olympic lifts into my routine for the purpose of hypertrophy?

my program right now:

Mon/Thurs: Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Tues/Fri: Back, Bi's, Legs

Why not do Chest/Shoulders/tris/Quads/calves on Monday and Thursday, and do back/hams/traps/bis on Tuesday and Friday? Then you could do clean and jerk/press on Day 1, and DB or BB snatches on day 2?

Oly lifts are a bit tough to fit into a BB-type schedule, just because you're using almost every muscle when you perform a C&J or a snatch.

I would not perform Oly lifts for the express purpose of hypertrophy. Tension, while very high, just doesn't last long enough - that isn't to say that some hypertrophy doesn't occur, because it definitely does, but they're not going to give you size gains like other lifts would.

On the other hand, Oly lifts can help increase force production, which in turn would help you lift more weight - so in that sense they can be useful.

Stick to 5 reps or less per set so that technique stays sharp.

Due to the low rep, low TUT nature of Olympic lifting they are not that appropriate for hypertrophy. If you are very fast twitch dominant (as most GOOD Olympic lifters are) you will grow, but not near as well as doing rep ranges and TUTs more suitable for size.
