I do for products that taste revolting. Otherwise its easier to put the powder in water and swallow than swallow a ton of pills.
I legitimately think that should be your criteria for what capped products you carry. Have a taste test, and the ones that are horrifically bad, cap em. Otherwise, its probably not worth the bother in most cases.

Well citrulline has a reasonable taste. I mix it in with xtend sometimes and it makes it even better. I spoon it in straight and wash with water and although sour its no big deal. Apart from teeth issues I wouldn't bother capping citrulline.
And just like Mr kite says...just the horrible tasting, and the hydroscopic ones.
