As you can see I've been reducing my forum time and time in general to catch up on stuff.
What, if any of the following subjects would interest you as article subjects for M&M?
Individual subjects
1. Taurine
2. COMT (the enzyme
3. DOMS
4. PCT/HPA and your T
Phenotype enhancement/epigineering (or as vain calls it, "dynamical systems")series
1. introduction
2. Case studies in epigineering:
fish oil
olive oil
other surprises
3. set point
4. attachment
CC: Nicotine part 2
Training related articles
1. Sweet bulking program
2. anti sitting solution
also if there any subjects you want, by all means, please list them. other writers can get on them, too.

They all look very interesting, I'd love to see the one on COMT & the phenotype enhancement specifically.

Sorry dude, not much of an expert on your areas of interest I'm afraid. Look forward to whatever you produce. Could however colab on immune-brain interactions and effects on psychology, and any means to show that the olympic games is a waste of money (just like to do that).

Me too. I'd also like to see Taurine, COMT, or Nicotine pt. 2.
EDIT: Add to that the Sweet Bulking Program as well.

Expanding on #4 (PCT/HPA and your T) I think it would be interesting for someone to write an article that focuses on:
1.) Defining optimal hormone levels (i.e. Test, Free test, Estradiol, Cortisol, etc.), and supporting purpose for the levels with data on why in general the particular levels are beneficial
2.) What the best approach including supplementation, exercise, lifestyle, etc. for sustaining the optimal levels indefinitely (i.e. for general health vs. recovery from a cycle).
Much of this information is scattered across the board in the form of references and individual's opinions, but it would be nice to see someone summarize it in an intelligent and objective manner.

Phenotype enhancement/epigineering without a doubt. Sounds excellent and rather innovative.
The rest would be informative, but not as enlightening imo.

thanks for the feedback. so now I go back into my bunker. I'm not sure which, if any of these I will end up writing and when. I don't want to be like spook or vain, promising information. they learned the hard way there are many pitfalls, and I will try to learn from their wisdom. the more interesting ones are the harder and more time consuming ones. perhaps I will start with lighter stuff to ease myself into the process, this will be also a factor in prioritization. ATB, I will remember your offer, thanks.

Can someone define phenotype enhancement for me? Thats a fairly broad term imho and I dont visit this board enough to be caught up in daily discussions....maybe I missed a thread?
