Its wierd, whenever I drink my heart reate elevates to over 100BPM
It's not unusual. Humans, rabbits, mice and probably lots of other mammals get tachycardia with ethanol.
Caffeine/adenosine show similar effects and you may be experiencing a synergistic interaction of the caffeine still in you and the alcohol (this is pure speculation worth every dime that you paid me for it. Cash only, please).
If you have Asian genes (I don't know you) then you will process ethanol differently than those spawned from centuries of Saxon sots and their adaptation to self-inflicted crapulence.
I am not a doctor. Given that fact, my suggestion is psychological -- reframe your thoughts about the sensation from anxiety to enjoying the proud beating of your healthy heart.
On the other hand, if you're worried about arrhythmia then get an EKG through your doctor and set your mind at ease or know if your concern is valid.
It's probably not wise for you to mix "energy drinks" with booze. You know, Red Bull, Babbling Idiot, Concussion Force, Norwegian Beaver Chaser. Okay, so I forget the actual names of the products, but when I read the labels there is a lot of hidden caffeine, often in guarana. Not that alcohol/caffeine tachycardia is any more dangerous than a quick sprint up a flight stairs (don't know), but you're concerned enough to post about it here.
Maybe a real doctor here has better advice.
