read some articles talking about how ginkgo can cause strokes...
some experiment said that many of the subjects had strokes, while placebo subjects didnt
it really seems to be helping w/ problems coming off stimulants/amphetamines but i dont wanna cause other problems
should i stop?

I guess it can if is being used with blood thinners or vasodilators... or taken in huge doses...

DO NOT TAKE GINKGO WITH ALCOHOL (tried it once, complete blackout at ½ the party... friends told me I was DEAD and vomiting non-stop...)

rofl. Good times.

What specific kind of Ginko? I would swear that I can feel the nootropic effects of the Ginko Biloba 60mg in my multi.

Nitric Oxide is SOO overplayed in the supp industry.

The thought of NO boosting is in itself almost impossible to quantify - TRUE vasodilation leads to a drop in blood pressure, not as the supplement industry suggests as improving vascularity - all of these supps have caffeine or analogs at the basis which in fact actually vasoconstrict and lead to increases in blood pressure and heart rate.

yeah i fell into the hype and i find other supps to give a much better pump i still have some so i thought id finish it off
its bulk arginine ethyl ester powder- although its not bad and i find it doesnt really increase my vascularity as well as other products (which is what im going after)
it does make veins bigger thats bout it, when i dose it very high it does give a good long lasting pump though but as far as vascularity goes it isnt that good

I have never experienced this, even with heavy drinking. The dangers on ginkgo are seriously overblown imo, it's just not potent enough to do serious bloodthinning. Begin worrying if you want to combine it with stuff like Coumadin or Warfarin.
