Ok so it is time I log this compound that CNW has offered.
I basically have come from a recomping phase in the past few months and I have stabilised and relaxed my training and food intake the previous 2 weeks. During this time I also layed off supps – however I kept my multi. My intake was in the form of "eat whatever I want", and train however much I want. In these two weeks I luckily did not go too overboard in eating( though I did revisit the joys of carbs). End result is that I lost a tiny bit of muscle, and put on some fat.
I am feeling good, and am enjoying my carbs.
I am 105kg. 181 cms. I can slightly see abs defined in my top 2 to 4 abs. And there is a fair degree of reduced fat allowing a sort of defining line between anterior delt in relation to my chest. I do however carry a fair amount of visceral fat and my iliac measurement is 108. This iliac measurement is my main measurement in this log.
My thoughts on adreno is to dose on the side of 200-300 mg per day split up . Dosing morning (8-10am), and at around 6-7pm. So 100 - 150mg each dose.
I am going to slightly reduce cals over the whole period. I have never been too much of a calorie counter, but I will let you know if some days I am eating in particular excess or particular deficit. I am thinking I will stay around my normal intake (spread over the whole week), increase training from 1-2 times per week to 3-4 times. And increase protein and carbs post workout on workout days.
Supps while on will be:
Multi
Fishoil – I seem to be taking 6g nowadays.
Teaspoon of dicreatine malate PWO on training days.
1 g Ca, 500mg Mag
Vit C 1g, 300mg NAC, 50mg na-r-ala
Any suggestions?

108 cms circumference measured just above where your upper pelvic bones protrude the most. basically at the level of my belly button. this is relaxed measuring

Aha... thought that was a bit big for a skinfold

Alright I am not measuring myself again for a while...
Well I did sneak a peak at the scale and it was down but thats not too important or reliable yet.
So I am trialling this adreno as people have talked about it being used as a cutting agent. What I have noticed so far:
An increase in vascularity is quite well noted. And pumps are good during the days.
My strength/power upon my weights is better
My appetite is up somewhat. Not ridiculously up but its there. Thats not to say I am maintaining ( or slightly adding) muscle and still burning fat but time shall tell.
My libido is down.

Godspeed with your trial.
I just started running CNW's adrenosterone at 450mg ED on Tuesday...we'll see what happens.
What sort of diet are you following? Just a basic 40/40/20 or 33/33/33? I see that you mentioned you're enjoying carbs, so were you on a ketogenic diet before for a while? Don't ask me why, but I'm inclined to think this chemical would be awesome if on some sort of ketogenic diet (CKD, TKD, whatever)...

I was on a TKD, anabolic diet with carbs post workout and every 7th day refeeds. I gradually turned those carbs post workout days into refeed days. And eventually went back to carbs to my liking. 30/40/30 presently.

ok so I can explain part of increased hunger due to the increased resistance activity... I still think the adreno caused part of an increase on appetite however.
At first I was hoping to purely cut and maintain but I think this substance is better utilised for lean bulking, lean strength gains with the added bonus of losing some fat along the way.
Even though I am eating more I don't seem to notice fat accrual. Actually notice a slight degree of fat loss but cannot be concrete on this until later.
I have pretty heavy pumps and good vascularity. No change to aggression. I had a headache but I cant put it down to the substance. Libido is definately not soaring, sometimes its moderate, sometimes low. It had reduced compared to how I was prior to taking.
I dropped the creatine a few days ago, well only used that teaspoon of creatine after 2 workouts, and I didn't preload so you can say basically it wasn't there.
