ive had adrenal fatigue for awhile and have tried a lot of different shit
i just started taking 7-keto, and im not sure if it will help much or if it will worsen my problem...
i think im going to go with the cortisol cream that i keep reading about
are there any other better (safer) ways, and what side effects should i expect if i do go with cream? (dont wanna get fat)
also i dont quite understand the thyroid-adrenal connection when treating fatigue...if cortisol is a stress hormone that causes fat to be stored, while the thyroid burns fat, then why is thyroid support needed with adrenal fatigue? wouldnt the thyroid support lower cortisol also, and just be counterproductive?

im starting to think that the adrenal fatigue is caused by too much cortisol being released at the times of the day (morning, 3pm, beginning of sleep cycle)
which causes the burnout? as opposed to insuffcient amount of the hormone being produced.
or am i completely wrong?...

Maybe at certain times we are producing too much and at other times not enough, causing fluctuations which are troublesome.

so not releasing enough cortisol (due to lack of hormone or cortisol blockers) can cause adrenal fatigue, as well as releasing too cortisol causing burnout?
and would the symptoms be the same in both?
would 7-keto be beneficial?

what otc cortisol cream should i use and can i get at local pharmacy? (edible cream for adrenal fatigue)

check this thread.

I think I "feel" when some lowering of cort via chemical means is useful. I did some 7-keto and 7-oh in previous months. Also I think i "feel" when I need more cortisol and the cream is useful. I have only felt the low cortisol drag a few times in the recent years, most in the mornings. I have used the cream twice last year. Nowadays I don't use any cort stuff, and I don't seem to feel the need for cort lowering. And I don't feel the need for any cream to increase cort either.

I wouldn't recommend using the cort lowerers, and the cort increasers on a medium or long term basis.
