OK my piracetam and choline citrate is coming in the mail today. i was thinking about doing 1.5g 3 times a day, but im stuck on the choline, should it only be consumed with my first dose of piracetam or taken multiple times and how much? And also should i do an attack dose my first time of piracetam? how much would that be if i did, and also for when i study and test should i take an attack dose or no? I am a college student, 22 yrs young and i have ADD, i do take adderall but i would like to get off, since i don't want to be on a stim my whole life. I would like to find a stack that would take the place of it, i mean i love the concentration and motivational properties of it, but I am some what of a body builder and a fitness freak and i have noticed it has negative effects on that. Also i just take adderall when i need it, like for studying or test, not everyday. I need to but just cant cause of weight loss etc. Also on the choline citrate i read something about taking b6 with it for methalated somethin or another, any input on that, but moslty i need help dosing out the choline, thanks in advance, and nice board btw.

Continue taking adderall. You'll find the addition of piracetam/oxiracetam much better than adderall alone. Some find choline useful, others get irritable off it, see where you fit.

I used to use choline sources when on piracetam, but after looking at the basis for doing so, I never found a compelling reason for it. I also found that I would develop very severe diffuse headaches after a few weeks of the combo, but when I stopped the choline source or anytime I started using piracetam alone, the headache problem was gone.

While we are on this... I have found that if I have not taken a 'racetam nootropic for a few weeks, and then I resume use, the first few days back on I'm extremely angry and irritable. I'm normally mildly disdainful and angry at the world/people in general, but the 'racetams always seem to really potentiate this attitude, almost to the point of violent outburst and psychotic episode. My resting HR and BP are already awful, so I really would like to avoid this, but can't seem to do so. If I co-administer a GABAergic like phenibut, the effect is blunted but I of course lose the nootropic-induced cognitive edge that I need in the first place... anyone else experience this?
