Someone I know got their hands on a few used patches, and from what I've been reading it is rather difficult to dose. Best idea I think I came across was scraping, drying, then smoking a VERY small amount at a time until desired the desired effect is acheived. Sounds dirty to me, but then again I'm a dirty bastard.

Saw someone mention DMSO, so now of course the BB in me has drawn an interest. Thoughts?

Don't do it. I don't think smoking a used patch would kill you, but you're still playing with fire. Injecting it is suicide.

IV fentanyl has killed quite a few on bluelight. IMO you're going down the wrong path resorting to smoking used fentanyl patches.

Not to mention the euphoria isn't all that great to begin with. Heroin is MUCH safer in comparison, although I don't recommend either.

I guess he's dead.

It's only been a day. And yes, this is actually for a buddy of mine, I really never shy away from claiming my, at times, ass backwards drug use. He froze them, then dabbed a finger and applied to the forearm. I was standing there and of course got some smeared on me. I found it really racey, and not much else. I think it was a rather low dose, however, atleast I now know that a small dab or two isn't a recipe for a death rattle

I've heard that fentanyl is great for pain relief, but has considerable "nod" and not much euphoria. You could always go straight to the aptly-named Wildnil.

Wildnil is giving me flashes of Oldschool when Will Ferrel Tranquilizes himself... "Oh my God, oh my God......is this bad?"

I don't mean to sound hypocritical, but it's not really worth it. I used to have some fun with the lollipops, but those weren't my smarter days. Fentanyl (either the lollipops or the patches) is made for severe pain relief for people with a high opiate tolerance. For an occasional user like me, just biting down on one of the lollipops could have meant overdose and death. I imagine it would be rather tricky to extract a recreational but non-dangerous dose from one of the patches.

Even if you do, there's better stuff available out there. Poppy pods (ground and capped, or made into a tea) can bring a much more euphoric opiate experience. The combination of morphine with all the other natural alkaloids feels better than fentanyl, subjectively speaking. Poppies are highly addictive, obviously, but there's not much risk of that if you just use them every once in a while. For me, that means no more than a few times a year. Opiates in general feel the best if it has been a long time since my last use.
