I was thinking about trying to get the benefits of both without having to run them at the same time, as I think that would be a bit too much at once (maybe it wouldn't be, advice appreciated). My thought is to run either E or Y for 1 or 2 weeks, then switch to the other for 1 or 2 weeks, then take a 1 or 2 week break, and maybe even throw in some Benadryl during the off weeks. Another option would be 1 week E, 1 week Y, 1 week E, 1 week Y, and then a break. Another thought thrown around was E on weight training days, and Y on cardio days.
Additionally, this is what else I have to play around with:
Sesamin
ALA
Green Tea caps
CLA
Taurine
ALCAR
Along with the standard ADAM multi and anywhere from 9-15 Nutraplanet Fish Oil caps per day.
I'm thinking this scheme would help in not frying my system from a continuous 4 or 6 week run on E or Y, while still getting gains from both throughout the whole length of the cycle. Has anyone tried this or something similar before? Does this sound like it would provide any added benefits over straight runs of either compound? Thanks in advance.
